Position responsibilities
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers, communicate and negotiate with customer in offer, payment, AR, complains, etc according to TECHNE’s selling process, make sure a profitable business and win satisfaction from customer.
- Identity and develop the target customers in territory, introduce and present TECHNE brand, products, service and benefits. Generate the new projects, provide technical support, finish the commercial and technical documents if needed.
- Collect the market trend, competitors’ information, territory status, … any valuable information to generate research report. Finish projects report and visit report in system.
- Learning by working, continuously improving your sales skills, develop rich product knowledge, wider product categories, family sells tools. You are also requested to deal with internal and external communication, handle local and international projects.
- Respect TECHNE’s working process, align with company policy, understand and apply TECHNE’s vision and value.
Qualifications and Skills:
- College or above education in engineering or relative background.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or business development position.
- Knowledge in rubber or plastics material, familiar with mechanical, hydraulic or auto industry application. Working experience in sealing application industry would be a big advantage.
- Must be aggressive, result-oriented, with strong motivation for success, solid confidence to pose strive, till delivery the committed budget
